What to Expect
This page outlines what it means to participate in discipleship training with Rooted Disciple Ministries. Our program is designed to ground believers in Scripture, develop spiritual maturity, and prepare individuals to faithfully serve, lead, and disciple others.
We encourage you to review the expectations below carefully before beginning the process.
This training is designed for those who are ready to commit to a long-term process of spiritual growth.

Program Overview
The discipleship program is a structured, in-person training process designed to ground believers in Scripture, develop spiritual maturity, and prepare individuals to faithfully serve and disciple others.
The training is built around consistent study, intentional application, and long-term growth. Each component works together to move beyond knowledge alone and produce lasting spiritual maturity.
Bible Study
Deep engagement with Scripture to understand God’s character, His Word, and its application to daily life.
Discipleship Training
Intentional development through spiritual disciplines, accountability, and practical application of biblical truth.

Who is this For?
This program is designed for believers who are serious about growing in their knowledge of God’s Word and their love for Jesus Christ. Whether you are a newer believer seeking a firm foundation or a more mature follower desiring deeper formation, this journey is for those who want to be rooted in Scripture and shaped toward spiritual maturity.
We especially welcome those who are actively serving in their local church—or who desire to be equipped for meaningful service and discipleship. If you have a teachable heart and a willingness to be stretched and formed by the truth of God’s Word, you will find a place here.
If you are still discerning whether this is the right season for you, that is okay. We encourage you to prayerfully consider the expectations and reach out with any questions as you seek the Lord’s direction.
Ready to Begin the Journey?
Following Christ in deeper maturity requires intentional commitment and a willingness to be shaped by His Word. If you sense that this is the right season to pursue that growth, we invite you to take the next step.
If you are still discerning, we welcome your questions and would be glad to help you think through what this commitment involves.
